What we collect

Enquiry forms: name, email, session interest, preferred date, and message content
Booking records: invoice details, attendance notes, and accessibility requirements you share
Technical logs: limited server or analytics data if you accept non-essential cookies

We do not ask for brokerage passwords, account numbers, or payment card details through the website form.

Purposes and bases

We process enquiry and booking data to respond to you, deliver sessions, issue invoices, and meet accounting duties (contract and legitimate interests). Marketing emails are sent only with consent or soft opt-in where permitted; you may unsubscribe at any time.

Retention

Enquiry messages without a booking are kept up to 18 months. Booking and invoice records are retained for six years to satisfy UK tax record expectations. Analytics cookies follow the periods in our Cookies notice.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability where applicable, and you may object to certain processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

International transfers

If a provider storing mail or analytics data is outside the UK, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement where required.
