Refunds & cancellations

Scope

These rules apply to paid RiverHub Education sessions: Breakout Confirmation Intensive, False-Break Avoidance Clinic, Chart Readiness Review, and privately quoted cohorts. They do not cover third-party software, brokerage fees, or products we do not sell.

Eligibility window

• Full refund of fees paid: cancellation written to hello@content-riverhub.click at least 14 days before the first scheduled session start.
• 50% refund of fees paid (or deposit retained, whichever is greater as stated on your invoice): cancellation between 13 and 5 days before start.
• No refund for cancellation inside 5 days, no-shows, or departure after a session has begun, except where required by UK consumer law for faulty delivery.

Partial delivery

If RiverHub cancels a remaining half-day for tutor illness or room failure, you may choose a free reschedule or a pro-rata refund for undelivered hours.

Non-refundable items

Printed worksheets already produced for a private cohort, and third-party room supplements itemised on your invoice after you approved them, are non-refundable once ordered.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 7 days before start, subject to seat availability. Further changes may carry an administrative fee of £40.

Deposits and no-shows

Deposits secure a seat and are applied to the balance. A no-show forfeits the deposit and any paid balance for that date. Remote participants who cannot connect because of their own equipment are treated as no-shows; we will attempt a brief reconnect window of fifteen minutes.

Work already started

Chart Readiness Reviews that have begun (including advance chart review by the tutor after you submitted materials) are non-refundable for the time already spent; unused scheduled minutes may be credited toward a later review within three months.

Process and timing

Email hello@content-riverhub.click with your booking reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 working days. Bank timelines may add a few days.
