Acceptance

By using content-riverhub.click and enquiring about or attending RiverHub Education sessions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site and do not submit an enrolment request.

Education only

RiverHub Education provides training in technical analysis, including breakout confirmation and false-break avoidance. Nothing on this site or in a session constitutes investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an invitation to deal in securities. You remain solely responsible for trading decisions and risk.

Bookings

Session places are confirmed only when we send written acceptance and, where required, receive the deposit. Descriptions on the site are informational; the confirmation email sets the final fee, dates, and delivery mode.

Intellectual property

Worksheets, confirmation cards, annotated examples, and site copy belong to RiverHub Education or its licensors. You may keep materials issued to you for personal study. You may not copy, resell, or publish them without prior written consent.

Conduct

We may refuse or end a session place if behaviour disrupts other participants or misrepresents our teaching as regulated investment advice.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in England and Wales, RiverHub Education is not liable for trading losses, consequential losses, or decisions made after a session. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply if you reside elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
